SPECIFICATIONS |
|
Each
of our instruments comes with a cleaning rod, a velvet-lined leather
case, a black nylon case cover and a special cleaning cloth.
You
do not need to know the specifications of the instrument you want
at the time of ordering. You will have the opportunity to change your specifications up until the time of payment. After payment is received, your flute is a final sale and therefore not returnable. |
ORDERS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT |
If you would like to purchase a Brannen flute within the next 2-3 years, we recommend that you place an order now. We will tentatively schedule production of your flute according to the month and year you would like to pay. Placing an order ensures that either (1) we will be able to a make and deliver a new flute to you when you are ready or (2) that you reserve the soonest possible delivery date.
All orders will be acknowledged in writing and can be rescheduled or cancelled as required. |
PAYMENT |
For a silver Brögger flute order, we require full payment to schedule delivery of your new flute. For gold and platinum Brögger flute orders, we require 1/2 payment to schedule delivery of your new flute with the balance due half way through production.
For Kingma System flute orders, please contact Kari Soper at 781-935-9522 or csr@brannenflutes.com.
Instruments are priced according to prices in effect at the time of production, not the time of ordering.
