HEADJOINT RETURN POLICY When a customer receives a new Brannen-Cooper headjoint, either as part of a new flute or purchased separately, that headjoint may be exchanged for another Brannen-Cooper headjoint, whenever necessary, within one year of purchase. When a customer purchases a new Brannen-Cooper headjoint separately, i.e., not as a part of a new flute, it may be returned for a full refund with 30 days of purchase. When a customer purchases a new flute, the headjoint on that flute may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the flute. The refund will be approximately two-thirds of the price of that same headjoint purchased separately, i.e., not as part of a new flute. Please note: The return or exchange of any headjoint requires that the headjoint (1) is in its original, undamaged condition, (2) has not been engraved at the customer's request, and (3) has not been custom fit to a nonstandard size barrel joint. ENGRAVING Ornamental engraving is available on any headjoint. Pictures of our standard Embouchure Engraving Patterns are available on this website. USE OF BRANNEN-COOPER HEADJOINTS ON OTHER FLUTES Because the headjoint is so important in determining the sound a player gets from a flute, many players choose to improve the playing characteristics of their present instruments by using Brannen-Cooper headjoints. |
